SHIPPING
Processing And Handling Time:
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipping.
Canadian Shipping Policies:
Standard shipments will ship via Canada Post. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
US Shipping Policies:
Standard shipments will ship via USPS. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policies:
Delivery times may vary. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders Placed During Sales and Nearing Special Holidays:
Special circumstances such as national holidays may delay the processing and preparation time as well as the duration of shipping methods for domestic and international orders.
Customs, Duties, Taxes:
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
CURRENCY
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable HST or QST/PST and/or GST is charged to those orders placed within Canada. The appropriate currency is detected based on the location of the customer.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Regent Royalty. If, for any reason, you are not, we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.
Item(s) must be in their original condition:
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Prior to returning the item(s):
• Please contact us to inform us of your return.
• When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include a copy of your original invoice.
All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability and condition of product upon inspection. If we do not have the item available, we can issue you store credit. Please allow 1-3 business days from when it is delivered for your exchange/refund to be processed. Customers are responsible to pay all shipping fees, when an exchange or a refund is requested. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
